As a nonprofit organization and a community presence, we rely on the generosity of friends, businesses and foundations for the critical annual support needed to sustain our performance, education and outreach activities.
Each season, we create and administer educational activities to accompany many of our mainstage events. Ticket revenue does not support our education program; we rely on donations from those who believe that the performing arts contribute not only to the quality of life in Portland today, but also to the development of the generations who will be Portland tomorrow. We believe that opening ears and minds to the rewards of the performing arts is part of our job.
